Hi! I’m Vadim, a Systems & R&D Engineer with 5+ years of experience developing complex hardware-software products. I work across the full engineering lifecycle: system architecture, component selection, embedded development, hardware-software integration, testing, deployment and field support.
Currently, I develop autonomous navigation, perception and system integration for tracked industrial inspection robots. My experience also includes applied AI and machine vision: preparing datasets, training object and defect-detection models, optimizing inference and deploying models on edge hardware. Previously, I led a multidisciplinary R&D team of 10+ engineers and helped deliver more than 100 robotic systems across 7+ platform types.
