About me:
7+ years enterprise backend (Java/Spring, telecom billing) and production multi-agent LLM systems. At Amdocs (Bi-Telecom), from Mar 2025 led an R&D team of 6: architecture and delivery of a multi-agent RCA platform (orchestrator, ~10 MCP servers, LangGraph, Langfuse, HITL). ~15–20 incident investigations/month; first-pass RCA draft from ~1 engineer workday to ~10 minutes of machine analysis (+ HITL). LLM has no direct production access — typed tools only. Not ML research / not model training.
Looking for: Lead AI / Agentic Systems / AI Application / Senior Software / Technical Lead — agents, RAG/retrieval, LLM backends, enterprise platforms. Prefer remote
