## Что делает

Промпт принимает на вход описание задумки и раскладывает ответ по строгим секциям. Модель формулирует суть проекта ровно в 20 слов и строит пошаговый план действий с лимитом до 16 слов на пункт.

Следом формируется дерево каталогов и закомментированный код для каждого файла отдельно. В блок `SETUP` выносится исполняемый скрипт для автоматического создания всех папок и исходников на диске. Лишние предупреждения промпт прямо запрещает.
