# openregistry

## Что делает

Плагин ставит MCP-сервер, 10 скиллов и 6 слэш-команд. MCP-сервер отвечает на запросы к реестрам в момент вызова: поиск компаний, профили, директора, акционеры, обременения, filings и финансовые документы. Ответы приходят в том виде, в каком их отдаёт само ведомство, с сохранением идентификаторов — по ним можно восстановить ссылку на запись в реестре.

Скиллы и команды закрывают типовые сценарии: обход цепочек владения через границы, проверка контрагента, поиск признаков shell-компаний, выгрузка XBRL-отчётности, отслеживание новых filings, проверка доступности названия. Цепочку вида UK Ltd → люксембургская SARL → каймановский LP → физлицо агент проходит в одном диалоге.

Хостед-эндпоинт — `https://openregistry.sophymarine.com/mcp`. Есть бесплатный уровень, платные ключи дают большую квоту и глубину. Данные лицензированы у самих реестров, поэтому там, где записи нет, ответ несёт `alternative_url` на статутный портал.
