## What it does

The skill frames the agent as a workflow automation architect. It walks through three platforms — n8n, Temporal, Inngest — and three patterns: sequential, parallel and orchestrator-worker. There is no single winner here. n8n trades performance for accessibility, Temporal is correct but complex, Inngest sits between developer experience and reliability.

A sharp-edges section rates common mistakes by severity. It pushes idempotency keys on external calls, timeouts on activities, checkpointed steps for long runs, exponential backoff, and an `onFailure` handler for Inngest. The anti-patterns list is blunt too: monolithic workflows, side effects inside workflow code, no observability.
