## What it does

The skill enforces structured infrastructure provisioning on Google Cloud Platform. Prior to generating configs, the agent interviews the user about throughput needs, persistence, and cold start tolerance. The baseline setup relies on Pulumi stacks split into foundation resources and CI-managed platform layers.

Static service account key files are strictly banned. Continuous deployment workflows must authenticate via GitHub OIDC and Workload Identity Federation. Network architectures isolate cross-project traffic through Private Service Connect endpoints, while managed datastores like Cloud SQL operate without public IPs.
