## What it does

The skill gives an agent the project-specific steps for testing the cloud monorepo. It covers prerequisite checks, starting the stack with `make dev-local` or `make dev-docker`, verifying listening services, and running `make test-swift`. A single test can be selected with `swift test --filter <TestName>`.

Its notes map the `cloud` and `pki-core` repositories, the broker and proxy ports, broker log checks, and recurring failures such as exhausted Postgres connections, missing fixture handlers, occupied ports, or an incorrect PKI profile. The setup expects Homebrew, Docker Desktop, authenticated `gh`, the Swift toolchain, `protoc`, and `wendy CLI`. The local CLI login path is currently rejected with `UNAUTHENTICATED`, so that flow is not a working end-to-end check.
