## What it does

The skill runs Python functions from `core.skill_tools.wallet` through bash. They read balances and transaction history, broadcast transfers, or sign messages. To propose a wallet policy, it calls `frontend_action`; the user confirms in the UI. The scripts do not register wallet tools.

For a user's wallet, the agent can retrieve its address with `get_user_wallets()` and pass it to a balance check. The agent does not hold the user's keys, so the user signs their transactions in the UI. EVM transfers sponsor gas by default, with user-paid gas as a fallback. EVM transfer amounts must be supplied in wei, so check the unit before sending.
