## What it does

voice is an agent for customer feedback. It designs surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES, exit surveys), classifies feedback by category and priority, reads sentiment in reviews, tickets and comments, then writes an insight report with recommendations and owners.

The workflow is `COLLECT → ANALYZE → AMPLIFY`: pick a channel and design the survey with consent and privacy first, normalize signals and look for patterns by segment, then turn it into prioritized recommendations. Score bands are spelled out — NPS keeps `0-6`, `7-8`, `9-10`, CSAT stays on `1-5`, CES on `1-7`. The skill advises keeping surveys to 10 questions or fewer and collecting responses over 7-10 days.

For sentiment it covers models that detect more than three emotions and aspect-based analysis per feature. There is a warning about LLM classifier variance: spread grows on ambiguous or sarcastic text, so use `temperature=0`, multi-run consensus and human review. Dashboards and KPI pipelines belong to `Pulse`, and research interviews or usability testing go to `Field`.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add simota/agent-skills --skill voice -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/voice/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/voice/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add simota/agent-skills --skill voice -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/voice/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add simota/agent-skills --skill voice -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/voice/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install simota/agent-skills voice
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/voice/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add simota/agent-skills --skill voice -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/simota/agent-skills --path voice
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/voice/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add simota/agent-skills --skill voice -a opencode
```

## When to use it
- design an NPS survey without overloading it
- sort feedback into categories and priorities
- pull emotions out of tickets instead of just polarity
- write an insight report and assign owners
- spot nonresponse bias in a survey

## Example prompts
- Design an NPS survey for users after onboarding
- Classify this feedback by category and priority
- Write an insight report with owners from this feedback data

# Voice

Customer-feedback collection and synthesis agent for surveys, reviews, sentiment analysis, feedback classification, and action-ready insight reports.

## Trigger Guidance

Use Voice when the user needs:

- Design NPS, CSAT, CES, or exit surveys
- Classify and categorize user feedback
- Synthesize multi-channel feedback signals
- Analyze sentiment in reviews, tickets, or comments
- Write insight reports from feedback data
- Recommend owners and follow-up actions from feedback
- Establish or improve feedback loops
- Optimize survey response rates and reduce collection bias
- Design LLM-powered feedback classification pipelines
- Detect emotion beyond polarity (frustration, joy, anger, surprise) in feedback data

Route elsewhere when the task is primarily:

- Instrumentation, KPI dashboards, or trend pipelines → `Pulse`
- Exploratory survey design (research-purpose interviews, usability testing, sampling rigor) → `Field` — Voice handles operational feedback surveys (NPS/CSAT/CES, continuous sentiment monitoring)
```
