## What it does

This skill routes and structures programmatic video requests instead of generating generic editing advice. It normalizes incoming requirements into a structured brief covering aspect ratios, target channels, assets, and output scale. From there, it selects a single delivery path: code-driven rendering via Remotion, templated generation through tools like Shotstack, or repurposing pipelines.

Once decided, it outputs an implementation-ready artifact packet such as a render stack recommendation or QA checklist. It steps back when handling raw footage trimming or conversational audio edits, delegating those tasks to tools like `video-use` or `autoclip`.
