## What it does

This skill guides AI agents through Vercel member ownership and plan selection. It relies on a progressive disclosure design, moving from a 90-110 token entry point to 3200-4200 tokens when the agent needs the full reference.

Direct manual execution will not work because `user-invocable: false` and `disable-model-invocation: true` restrict it to background context retrieval. The assistant loads these guidelines whenever billing or team management arises in discussion.

It works independently, but pairs with `vercel-security-access` for SSO and RBAC, as well as `vercel-overview` for initial setup.
