## What it does

The skill facilitates a two-dimensional story mapping exercise based on Jeff Patton's framework. Instead of maintaining an unorganized list of tickets, the agent arranges system capabilities along an explicit user journey. Core activities stretch horizontally, while underlying tasks cascade downward by urgency.

The interactive dialogue asks up to five targeted questions with multiple-choice prompts. Supplying product context, PRD snippets, or user personas directly in the opening prompt skips redundant steps. The workshop isolates a walking skeleton for initial launch and defines subsequent release boundaries.

Sessions generally run between 60 and 120 minutes. The workflow fails to add value for single minor tweaks or pure backend refactoring where no user-facing interactions exist.
