## What it does

This skill guides developers through setting up an immutable documentation repository on GitHub. Based on a real dispute in Chinese higher education, it provides Markdown templates for chronological event tracking. New updates sit at the top of `README.md`, while the background context stays below.

Evidence files reside inside `assets`. The pattern separates visual evidence from formal contracts. It also relies on GitHub Issues to handle community questions and legal advice. In addition, the skill contains Bash and Python automation scripts to copy downloaded media and commit logs into Git.

A functional archive requires a dedicated GitHub repository and a working Git installation. Without push access and local file storage, the platform cannot protect evidence when original posts vanish.
