## What it does

A set of practical Python blueprints for integrating Twilio communication APIs into your application. It guides the assistant in generating reliable code for message dispatch, identity verification, and call handling.

The patterns cover outgoing text messaging, multi-channel OTP verification via Twilio Verify, and voice response trees using Flask and TwiML verbs such as `<Gather>` and `<Say>`. Voice routes include request signing checks through `RequestValidator` to keep webhooks secure.

Running these implementations requires `TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID` and `TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN` in your environment. Phone numbers require E.164 format.
