## What it does

ttscn converts text into audio and guides provider and voice selection. Its listed engines include Edge TTS, Doubao, Azure, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Google Cloud TTS. For provider comparisons, it opens the local `docs/providers.html` page, where filters and voice details help narrow the options.

Run synthesis through `scripts/tts.py`. The workflow supports WAV or MP3 output, `[PAUSE:x]` markers, and word-level timing with some backends. You need `python3` and `ffmpeg` installed; without them, the skill may not run.
