## What it does

The skill does not scrape TikTok on its own. What it hands the agent is the exact command syntax and per-query pricing for the `tiktok` agent in Teneo CLI, and you run those commands in a terminal. Three retrieval modes exist: `video` takes a link and returns metadata for that clip, `profile` takes a username and returns public profile data, `hashtag` returns however many posts you ask for. A fourth command, `help`, lists everything.

Results arrive as JSON, with the readable version sitting in the `humanized` field. Queries cost money: `video` and `profile` run $0.0075 per query, while `hashtag` charges $0.0075 per item, so the bill scales with the number of posts you request. Payment is in USDC on Base, Peaq or Avalanche, which means a funded wallet on the right chain has to be in place first.

The CLI itself is a one-time install, and nothing works without it: commands like `~/teneo-skill/teneo command "tiktok" ...` fail until the binary exists. To see whether it is there, run `test -f ~/teneo-skill/teneo && ~/teneo-skill/teneo --version || echo "NOT_INSTALLED"`. Every command also requires the `--room <roomId>` flag.
