## What it does

The skill audits how returns work in your shop and points at what to change. You get a current-state assessment, action items sorted by priority, tool and strategy suggestions, and KPIs to watch.

Four things it covers: analyzing your shop setup, recommendations drawn from platform practice, a step-by-step implementation plan, and side-by-side comparison of strategies with pros and cons. There is no direct TikTok Shop API integration, so you feed in your own numbers. It advises validating recommendations against your shop data, since general practice does not know your catalog.

Marked beta. Install runs through `npx skills add` and drops `SKILL.md` into your platform's skills folder.
