## What it does

This skill walks an agent through selling on TikTok Shop outside your current market. It researches where TikTok Shop operates and how mature each market is, weighs competition and buyer behavior, and estimates what the entry costs. The result is an expansion plan with ranked markets, timelines and financial projections.

Then comes the operational side: business registration, payment processing and currency handling, shipping partners, and fulfillment options from direct shipping to a local warehouse or FBT. Tax gets its own section — VAT and GST registration thresholds, import duties, filing schedules. Localization covers content, seasonal campaigns and creator partnerships.

The skill produces a plan template, not fixed numbers: duty rates, tax thresholds and payback periods get filled in for your case. Expanding into several countries at once is where plans usually fall apart, so pick one market first and validate demand before registering entities elsewhere.
