## What it does

The skill reviews how you currently run creator relationships on TikTok Shop and points out what to fix. You get a current-state assessment, priority actions from quick wins to long-term work, tool and strategy recommendations, an implementation timeline and KPIs to track.

What's inside is guidance and frameworks, not a TikTok API integration. Recommendations come from general platform practices, so validate them against your own shop data. Real-time analytics and automated optimization are outside its scope.

It's in beta. Install runs through `npx skills add`, and the skill file lands at `~/.claude/skills/tiktok-shop-creator-management/SKILL.md`. MIT licensed, built by nexscope-ai.
