## What it does

The skill covers TikTok Ads end to end: ad formats, creative strategy, targeting, tracking, budget and bidding. It ships a format table (In-Feed, TopView, Spark Ads, Collection) with a note on what each is for, plus a targeting table covering interest, demographics, lookalike and retargeting.

On creative the rules are tight: 9:16 vertical, a hook in the first 3 seconds, sound and captions, UGC-style footage. The reasoning is blunt — those opening seconds decide whether anyone keeps watching, so plan on refreshing creative often. Tracking needs the TikTok Pixel plus the Events API on the server side, and consistent UTM parameters so you can compare channels later.

A pre-launch checklist closes the loop: pixel installed, Events API configured, vertical video ready, hook in place, captions added, conversion events defined. If the pixel is not live yet, launching campaigns is wasted spend because attribution will not be there. On bidding the skill suggests starting manual and switching to automated once conversion volume builds up. For organic TikTok there is a separate tiktok-captions skill.
