## What it does

The skill inspects performance across your recent 50 updates via an authenticated browser session script. It records saves, replies, and private message forwards directly inside `references/winning-formats.md`. These records reveal which specific hook styles generate distribution for your account.

During drafting, the tool evaluates text against 12 distribution restrictions published by Meta for 2025. It strips direct links from initial messages, prevents follower begging, and suppresses engagement bait. An integrated scanner flags 15 synthetic writing traits, including passive voice and formulaic list beginnings. Any post that exceeds 500 characters gets sliced into sequenced fragments of 450 to 500 characters.

Setup requires copying your exported web session tokens into `cookies.json` before running `scripts/setup.sh`. Without valid credentials, the insights scraper halts immediately.
