## What it does

The skill guides the assistant through connecting a custom Telegram bot to Starchild. It explains two distinct workflows. The scan-to-create path automatically creates and binds a bot without managing API credentials. The manual method requires obtaining a bot token from `@BotFather`, submitting it in the account dashboard, and verifying ownership.

Verification relies on a 6-digit code valid for 5 minutes. Enter it directly in chat or use the generated deep link. One account supports only one active bot. Once you delete a bot, a 1-hour cooldown prevents registering another one immediately. Five failed verification attempts cancel the code, requiring you to delete the record in the dashboard and restart.
