## What it does

The skill guides recruitment step by step, from collecting job requirements to making an offer and outlining a 90-day onboarding plan. It establishes standard stage conversion benchmarks, such as a 30 to 45 day time-to-fill and specific response rates across sourcing channels. After drafting the job post, it validates the wording against inclusive language guidelines.

Inside are structured formats for job descriptions and candidate evaluation scorecards. During interviews, candidate abilities are graded on a 1-to-5 scale with assigned weights. This prevents anchoring bias before the final team debrief. Behavioral evaluation relies on the STAR questioning model.

The skill insists on an approved budget and level before moving forward. If key constraints are omitted, the assistant questions you directly or records explicit assumptions at the top of the output.
