## What it does

The skill covers `TimelineComponent` from `@syncfusion/ej2-react-layouts`: vertical and horizontal orientation, the `Before`, `After`, `Alternate` and `AlternateReverse` alignment modes, and `reverse` for newest-first order. Examples use `ItemsDirective` and `ItemDirective`, with dot styling through `dotCss`, custom templates and the `created` and `beforeItemRender` events.

Reference files go deeper: npm install and theme setup, layout configuration, item content, connector and dot styling, templates, accessibility. One section explains when to pick Timeline over Stepper, a list or a chart, which saves you a round of guessing.

For the examples to render, your project needs the `@syncfusion/ej2-react-layouts` package and a theme CSS import such as `@syncfusion/ej2-layouts/styles/tailwind3.css`. Skip those imports and you get an unstyled list where the timeline should be.
