## What it does

The skill assigns six roles to an editorial campaign: signal scout, researcher, strategist, writer, distribution, and editor. Each role owns a decision and passes a defined artifact to the next. Campaign decisions and supporting evidence go in `.agents/newsroom/<slug>.md`, where they can be reviewed across sessions.

Each handoff has completion conditions. The researcher provides sourced claims, the strategist picks one editorial angle, and distribution gives each asset a distinct entryway. When a required field is missing, the current role sends the record back instead of filling the gap with a guess. The campaign can stop for a human decision.

Distribution starts from the angle brief, not the finished article, to avoid repackaging one argument at different lengths. The editor reviews the assets as a set and passes an approval, revision, or rejection decision to a human. That boundary matters: this skill structures the workflow, but the final decision stays with a person.

# Suede Newsroom

Six chatbots pointed at the same brand are not a content team. A newsroom is the
loop that connects them, and every arrow in it is a handoff with a contract:

Break one arrow and the failure is predictable, not mysterious:

This skill owns the pipeline: who decides what, what travels between them, and
how one idea becomes several assets that argue different things. Read
`.agents/product-marketing.md` first if it exists: it holds product, audience,
positioning, and proof, and nothing here restates it.
