## What it does

The skill structures directory submissions across flagship launches, SaaS indexes, AI directories, and MCP registries. It avoids bulk spam. Before submitting anywhere, it runs a Phase 0 readiness check to ensure your product is publicly reachable, has visible pricing, and includes published legal pages.

Pitch angles adapt to specific audiences using `references/positioning-variations.md`. It leads with business outcomes for founder directories, competitor alternatives for SaaS platforms, and technical architecture for developer directories. Context is pulled directly from `.agents/product-marketing.md` or `.claude/product-marketing.md`. Submissions and backlink verifications stay organized in `references/submission-tracker-template.csv`.

A strict approval rule governs every action: the assistant cannot create accounts, submit forms, or commit to paid placements without explicit authorization for the exact destination, copy, and budget.

# Suede Directory Distribution

Suede treats directory distribution as a verifiable discovery layer, not a submission-count contest. Build the user's backlink and buyer-discovery foundation by selecting the right directories, sequencing them around real launch moments, adapting truthful positioning, and checking that each listing and backlink actually landed.
