## What it does

The skill organizes music rollouts using twelve dedicated tracks called lanes. Each lane handles a distinct layer: establishing the visual era, hunting for short audio hooks, designing fan rituals, planning physical merch, or sequencing live setlists. For a complete rollout, Lane 0 pulls every piece into a single schedule with release-week copy and web pages.

Execution runs in single-agent mode by default or across a coordinated multi-agent team. When spawning multiple agents, the skill sets a strict concurrency cap of four lane agents and demands an explicit model selection to keep token spend under control. Built-in editorial checks strip out generic AI phrasing, fake hype, and marketing filler before delivering copy.

It does not clear samples, register copyrights, or pitch playlists. When it detects missing credits or uncertain licensing, it flags the legal gap in the final report rather than pretending ownership is settled.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills --skill suede-campaign-in-a-box -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills --skill suede-campaign-in-a-box -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills --skill suede-campaign-in-a-box -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills suede-campaign-in-a-box
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills --skill suede-campaign-in-a-box -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**

gemini skills install https://github.com/JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills --path skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box
```
### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)
**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works
### OpenCode
**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills --skill suede-campaign-in-a-box -a opencode
```
### Claude.ai
**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills
Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills/tree/HEAD/skills/suede-campaign-in-a-box/SKILL.md
## When to use it
- build a complete release rollout with teaser calendars and web copy
- extract short shareable audio hooks for video platforms
- design lore-driven merchandise tied to track lyrics
- sequence live concert setlists with crowd cues and talk breaks
## Example prompts
- Run Lane 0 to assemble the full campaign rollout for our upcoming single.
- Analyze the track using Lane 4 to pinpoint five-second hooks for social clips.
- Use Lane 8 to draft physical merch concepts connected to the album lore.
# Suede Campaign In A Box
## Gate policy
Every check and verdict here is advice to the user, not a control on the agent.
Run the checks, report results honestly, and complete what the user asked. A
failed gate changes the report, never the work. The one exception: a finding
that risks data loss, credential exposure, a legal or rights violation, a
payment mistake, or irreversible public damage. Pause, name the risk, give the
options, and let the user choose.
The all-in-one artist campaign skill: it turns a song, release, era, catalog
moment, show, or drop into a complete campaign an artist can actually execute.
Every campaign capability lives here as a labeled lane. Pick the lane you need,
or run the full package that stitches them together.
**Core principle:** you organize and prepare. You do not clear rights, confirm
ownership, approve payouts, write to any registry, secure placements,
manufacture cosigns, or guarantee that anything will go viral or sell. Say what
to test; never promise the result.
## Pick the lane (router)
Read the request and route to the lane that fits. You can chain lanes: most
real campaigns use several. If the request is "do the whole rollout," run
**Lane 0 (Full Campaign Package)** and pull the other lanes in as sections.
| If the user wants... | Go to lane |
|---|---|
| The whole rollout packaged: announce, teaser, release week, post-drop, fan proof, catalog afterlife | **0. Full Campaign Package** |
| The artist to feel recognizable before any bio/campaign/site is written, identity, world, voice, anti-references, fan promise | **1, Identity Forge** |
```
