## What it does

This skill maps a subscription lifecycle from trial and conversion through renewal, churn and win-back work. It helps define stage metrics such as activation, feature adoption, expansion revenue and churn reasons.

It includes templates for pricing tiers, billing models, upgrades and downgrades. Upgrade flows can react to plan limits, feature interest, recurring overages or time on a plan, then calculate prorated charges and unlock features.

The skill uses the `billing-mcp` MCP server with Stripe, Chargebee and Paddle tools. Check that the billing tools you need are connected before assigning subscription operations to an agent.
