## What it does

The skill spells out how the agent handles Stripe work: creating a Payment Intent, running Checkout, catching webhooks and reacting to events like `payment_intent.succeeded` or `customer.subscription.deleted`. Each event comes with a list of follow-up actions — provision access, send a receipt, update the CRM, trigger a retention flow.

There are ready-made blocks for subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise with prices and limits) and for the full lifecycle: create, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, renew. Invoicing gets its own section — auto-advance, templates, tax, discounts. A dunning sequence retries payment on days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 30, and a dashboard block covers MRR, ARR, churn and cohorts.

The skill relies on the `payments-mcp` MCP server with `stripe_charges`, `stripe_customers`, `stripe_subscriptions` and `stripe_invoices` tools. Without that server connected the agent has no path to your Stripe data, so check it first. Code samples use the JavaScript SDK and YAML configs; treat them as templates, not a drop-in module.
