## What it does

The skill organizes messy business challenges into an orderly consulting-style review. It starts by gathering messy background context and stripping out emotional noise to isolate a single strategic choice. Next, it breaks the core question into non-overlapping MECE buckets, maps root-cause hypotheses, and categorizes underlying assumptions by their risk level.

Self-critique is built right into the workflow. The assistant attacks its own findings like a skeptical partner, points out blind spots, and maps out stakeholder interests. The final output provides a one-page briefing with a concrete step to take within 48 hours.

Without messy, detailed context, the tool will refuse to proceed past the intake stage. A single vague sentence is never enough for this pipeline.
