## What it does

The skill follows a staged process: clarify the strategic question and business context, select a framework, analyze the evidence, then shape a strategy. Porter's Five Forces examines industry structure; SWOT compares options; Blue Ocean and Value Chain Analysis help explore positioning. The final logic links a diagnosis to an overall policy and coordinated actions.

A template at `resources/template.md` supports straightforward competitor research. For work combining several frameworks, the skill points to `resources/methodology.md`; a separate rubric checks the resulting strategy. The suggested deliverable is `strategy-and-competitive-analysis.md`, with analysis and an action plan that names owners and timelines. The work depends on evidence about competitors, the market, and customers, so unsupported conclusions weaken the strategy.
