## What it does

The skill handles every video-generation request. Two scripts do the work: `generate_video.py` submits the job, polls it and downloads the mp4 into `output/videos/`, while `publish_asset.py` prepares a reference file for the image and video input modes. Model choice comes down to a tier: `budget`, `balanced` or `premium`.

Image-to-video and video-to-video need the reference asset at a public https URL. Uploading to fal storage requires a Serverless permission the key does not have, so assets go out through a published `fal-assets` preview — a one-time setup per workspace. Images are accepted up to 10 MB, videos up to 100 MB, and anything else is rejected before publish.

Deliver the finished file from `output/videos/`, not as a fal link. That CDN serves mp4 with a `sandbox` CSP, so the URL opens a blank page and `<video>` embedding gets blocked. If the download failed, pull the file with `curl -L -o output/videos/<filename>.mp4 "<video_url>"`.
