## What it does

The skill routes requests through `search_skills`. It checks installed skills first, then searches the Starchild official index and skills.sh. When a match is found, it can add the best result with `npx skills add`; automatic installation is enabled by default.

Calling the tool without a query lists installed skills. A newly added skill is available immediately, while `skill_refresh()` is only needed after you edit skill files by hand. Manual downloads are the wrong path here: the workflow requires `search_skills` instead of `curl`, `web_fetch`, or writing a `SKILL.md` file yourself.

- install the best matching skill
- list skills already installed
- refresh skills after manual edits

## Example prompts
- Find and install a skill for Kubernetes deployment.
- List all skills that are installed.
- Search for a trading skill without installing it by setting `auto_install=false`.
