## What it does

This skill runs the implementation planning workflow for spec-kit projects. First, the agent checks `.specify/extensions.yml` for registered pre-hooks. Then it executes `.specify/scripts/bash/setup-plan.sh --json` to load spec paths and branch details.

Next, the agent reviews `.specify/memory/constitution.md`. In phase 0, it extracts technical unknowns and logs decisions into `research.md`. Phase 1 produces `data-model.md` and interface contracts in the `contracts/` directory. Mandatory post-execution hooks run right before the final report.

The workflow depends on an existing `.specify/` directory. Without spec-kit scripts in place, execution fails immediately.
