## What it does

The skill reads implementation tasks from `tasks.md` and follows the architecture defined in `plan.md`. When optional files like `data-model.md`, API contracts, or `constitution.md` exist, the agent includes their constraints during execution.

Before modifying code, the agent runs `check-prerequisites.sh` and verifies all checklists in the feature directory. If any checklist has unchecked items, implementation halts until you approve proceeding. It also triggers registered `before_implement` hooks from `extensions.yml`.

This workflow requires an existing spec-kit structure with a `.specify/` directory. Missing prerequisites cause immediate failure.
