## What it does

solo-founder-gtm builds a go-to-market plan around the founder’s actual product, revenue, acquisition channels, tools, available time, and constraints. It helps compare self-serve and sales-led approaches, choose a practical stack, and map work across CRM, outreach, content, analytics, and automation.

The skill separates decisions that need founder judgment from repeatable execution that agents can handle. It also connects GTM choices to revenue stages and changes in the founder’s time split. At $0-1K MRR, it advises keeping processes manual so the founder can learn what matters before automating it.

It can be installed for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, or OpenCode. Claude Code installation uses `npx` and the repository `chadboyda/agent-gtm-skills`.
