## What it does

This skill builds a social listening workflow for an online store. It helps you define keywords and hashtags, pick a monitoring strategy per platform, and track what competitors and influencers are doing. There is a separate section on spotting a crisis early and framing a response.

It runs in steps. First it pulls the product, platforms, current situation and goals out of your message. Then it asks one follow-up question in multiple-choice form, where short answers like "1b 2c 3a" are fine. Analysis follows using the built-in methodology, and the output is structured: a summary of findings, specific data points and benchmarks, and prioritized action items. Estimates based on incomplete data get flagged with ⚠️.

The skill is listed for Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce. Installation goes through `npx skills add` with a flag for your platform. Behind a proxy or a private mirror, set that up in your environment or the tool's config file rather than on the install line.
