## What it does

Before asking anything, the skill reads workspace context: `strategy/brand.md` for brand, audience, offer, channels and metrics, `about/me.md` for personal voice, plus `content/ideas.md` and `content/calendar.md` for planning. Drafts land in `content/<platform>/drafts/YYYY-MM-DD_short-topic-slug.md`, and durable learnings go back into the strategy files.

Inside you get a platform table with posting frequency and key formats, graphic dimensions per network (1080×1080 for the Instagram feed, 1200×627 for LinkedIn), a content pillar framework with percentage splits, four families of hook formulas, and per-platform rules for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok. The repurposing system pulls 3–5 insights out of one blog post or video and adapts them to each channel's format and tone.

The skill stays inside its own scope: it hands off adjacent work instead of stretching, and returns a draft, plan or diagnostic. Fill in the context files first, otherwise the first thing it does is ask about goals, audience and brand voice.

## Requirements
- Works with: LinkedIn

## Install

```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/social-media-management/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/social-media-management/
### Codex
1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add manojbajaj95/claude-gtm-plugin --skill social-media-management -a codex
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/social-media-management/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/
### Cursor
1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add manojbajaj95/claude-gtm-plugin --skill social-media-management -a cursor
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
gh skill install manojbajaj95/claude-gtm-plugin social-media-management
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**

```
### Claude.ai
**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills
# Social Media Management
## Workspace Context
Read bootstrap context before asking questions: `strategy/brand.md` for brand, audience, offer, channels, tools, constraints, and metrics; `about/me.md` for personal voice; `content/ideas.md` and `content/calendar.md` for content planning. Use legacy product-marketing context files only as fallback. Save generated drafts to `content/<platform>/drafts/YYYY-MM-DD_short-topic-slug.md`, and route durable learnings back to `strategy/brand.md`, `about/me.md`, or `content/ideas.md`.
## Operating Contract
This skill is self-contained for its frontmatter scope: use its local instructions, references, scripts, and assets as the playbook; ask only for missing task-specific inputs; hand off to adjacent skills instead of expanding scope; and return an actionable artifact, decision, plan, draft, or diagnostic.
Create, optimize, analyze, and repurpose social media content across all platforms.
## Before Creating Content
Use the Workspace Context above first. Only ask for social-channel details not already captured.
Gather this context (ask if not provided):
1. **Goals** — Brand awareness, leads, traffic, or community? Personal brand, company brand, or both?
2. **Audience** — Who to reach? What platforms? What content engages them?
3. **Brand Voice** — Tone (professional, casual, witty, authoritative)? Topics to avoid?
4. **Resources** — Time available? Existing content to repurpose? Video capability?
