## What it does

This skill guides Claude Code in structuring Slack bots via the official Bolt framework across Python, Node.js, and Java. It provides patterns for event listeners, modal dialogs, and request signature verification.

Message design relies on Block Kit guidelines. You get structure templates constrained by Slack limits, such as 50 blocks in a channel post or 100 blocks in modal views. Individual text blocks cannot exceed 3000 characters.

Your slash command handlers must respond with `ack()` within 3 seconds. Otherwise, Slack flags a timeout error. Local execution requires `SLACK_BOT_TOKEN` and `SLACK_SIGNING_SECRET` in your environment. Multi-workspace distribution also demands database persistence for OAuth installations.
