## What it does

The skill describes SkillClaw, a local proxy that intercepts OpenAI-compatible requests and records session artifacts. An evolution server processes that experience into `SKILL.md` files, while agents exchange the resulting skills through OSS, S3, or a local filesystem backend.

Its setup covers a client proxy, a fixed three-stage workflow server, and an autonomous OpenClaw-based server. CLI commands handle initialization, proxy control, status checks, and skill synchronization. OSS storage requires an API key, endpoint, bucket, and access credentials; the server also requires `--group-id`.
