## What it does

The skill loads into your agent and takes over when a task has to be executed or repaired through Shopify CLI. The agent picks the command path, spells out flags, files and auth requirements, and when a command is unfamiliar it points to `shopify commands` and `shopify help [command]`. For app and extension config checks it goes to `shopify app config validate --json` from the app root instead of GraphQL validation.

What sits inside: install and upgrade steps for the CLI, the order of operations for validating `shopify.app.toml`, `shopify.app.<name>.toml` and `shopify.extension.toml`, store-scoped workflows, and triage for missing commands, outdated versions and auth failures. Commands the agent runs itself get prefixed with `SHOPIFY_CLI_AGENT_INFO` and `SHOPIFY_CLI_AGENT_IDS`; examples shown to you stay plain `shopify ...`.

Node.js is required. When a command is unrecognized, the skill reaches for `shopify upgrade` first rather than improvising a workaround. GraphQL validation is a separate tool and does not cover TOML or extension configs, so mixing the two wastes a round trip.
