Merchant design tweaks after the preview were meant to land here too. None of that sits in `SKILL.md` anymore. What is there is one paragraph saying the skill is deprecated and replaced by `shopify`. Hand an agent a store request and it will not start building. It reads the note, then offers to drop the old skill and install the new one. Migration nudge is the only job left. The move takes two commands: `npx skills remove shopify-onboarding-merchant` (add `-g` if it was installed globally), then `npx skills add shopify/shopify-ai-toolkit --skill shopify`. A fresh install of the old name just drops that notice into your skills folder.
