## What it does

This skill hands the agent a framework for moving a store onto Shopify from WooCommerce, Magento or BigCommerce. It reviews your current store setup, spots what can be improved, and builds a step-by-step implementation plan matched to your business stage. Tool and app comparisons come with pros and cons.

You get a current-state assessment, action items sorted from quick wins to long-term work, app picks with cost comparison, a timeline, and KPIs to track. Handy when the migration has stalled or nobody has written the checklist down.

The skill is in beta. It offers strategic guidance rather than direct Shopify API integration, so validate every recommendation against your own store data. Install runs through `npx skills add` with an agent flag, and the skill file lands in `~/.claude/skills/shopify-migration/SKILL.md` — keep your edits in version control, or the next update will overwrite them.
