## What it does

The skill gives your agent a frame for international selling on Shopify. It reviews how the store is set up now, spots what can be improved, and lays out an implementation plan matched to your business stage. Tool and strategy comparisons come with pros and cons.

Output is structured: an assessment of the current state, priority actions ordered from quick wins to long-term work, app recommendations with cost comparison, an implementation timeline, and KPIs to track. You steer it by topic — multi-currency, translation, duties and taxes, localized pricing, market-specific content.

This is strategic guidance, not a Shopify API integration. Recommendations come from general best practices, so validate them against your own store data. The skill is marked Beta.
