You get a state assessment, priority actions from quick wins to long-term work, an app comparison by cost, and an implementation plan with KPIs to track. It acts as an advisor: recommendations come from general best practices rather than direct Shopify API calls. So it will not pull numbers from your store — you supply the data or verify the output yourself. That is a reason to treat the app list as a draft, not a decision. The skill is in beta.
