## What it does

The skill queries the public notice and announcement board of 서울주택도시개발공사 (SH). You get the list of housing application notices, the full body of a post, and metadata for attachment previews. It runs in Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and OpenCode.

It is a thin stub. The real instructions come from the CLI, so you need Node.js 18+ and `npx` before anything works: `npx -y @nomadamas/k-skill@0 instruct sh-notice-search` detects the runtime and prints only the steps that apply. Bundled helper files are listed with `npx -y @nomadamas/k-skill@0 files sh-notice-search`. Without `npx` you are left reading the source instruction in the repository.

Inside the 돌쇠 environment the skill goes past reading and carries follow-up actions through on official surfaces. Payment, message or email delivery, final submission, cancellation and public posting only happen after your explicit approval right before the step. It never asks for or stores plaintext credentials in chat, files or shell arguments, and it does not bypass identity proofing, electronic signature or CAPTCHA boundaries.
