## What it does

The skill inspects project records inside `~/.claude/projects/` to locate bottlenecks. Reading full `*.jsonl` files directly blows through context limits. Because of this, the workflow relies on `jq` to build a compact digest. It preserves timestamps, tool names, and truncated user inputs while discarding verbose payload responses.

Next, an exploration subagent inspects this condensed log. The subagent highlights recurring blunders, such as fetching identical files repeatedly or missing project instructions. It drafts a structured retrospective markdown document with concrete rules for `CLAUDE.md` and ideas for custom commands.

Without `jq` present on your system path, the summary step aborts immediately. The skill never applies changes to your repository on its own; it presents copy-paste recommendations and asks before touching files.
