## What it does

The skill uses Railway CLI to inspect a service’s current state and deployment history. It can also rename a service, change its icon, switch the service linked to the current directory, or create a service from a Docker image through the GraphQL API. For services built from local code, use the separate `railway-new` skill.

Service creation needs a project ID, and environment setup is handled through `railway-environment`. For a GitHub source, create an empty service first, then configure the repository through that skill. Railway CLI is required; the Docker image must be accessible from its registry or creation will fail.
