## What it does

The skill handles the employee portion of Teams ITSM setup. It enables Salesforce IT Service, guides an administrator through adding the Teams app, assigns the `TeamsForEmployeeUser` permission set to chosen users, and selects the Digital Experience Site linked to Teams.

Run `service-itsm-teams-configure` first to enable the base Teams feature. A person with suitable tenant permissions must install the app in Microsoft Teams; the skill provides the Marketplace and help links. The employee’s Microsoft sign-in email must match their Salesforce `Username`, or login can fail without a visible error.

The skill asks which users should receive access rather than assigning every active account. User lists are shown in pages of up to 10, with likely non-employee accounts called out. Setup operations change org state, so it runs one operation at a time and checks the result before moving on.

## Requirements
- Works with: Salesforce

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install forcedotcom/sf-skills service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills --path skills/service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills
