## What it does

This skill configures the fulfiller and agent side of the Salesforce ITSM integration with Microsoft Teams. It operates through the `headless-360` MCP server using Salesforce REST API version 67.0 or higher, handling steps from the Go page checklist.

Setup runs step by step. First, the skill turns on the `OrgHasITSMFulfillerTeams` org preference via a PATCH request. Next, it stops and prompts you to install the Teams app manually from the Microsoft marketplace. After you confirm the installation, it queries active users in pages of 10 and assigns the `TeamsForITSrvcsUser` and `MicrosoftGraphAccess` permission sets.

To prevent 403 errors during sign-in, the fulfiller must also have a permission set with the API Enabled permission. The user Microsoft account email must match their Salesforce `Username` exactly, or SSO authentication fails.
